❓ Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation email?

Please check that your email address was entered correctly, and look in your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us with your order number and checkout email.

⏰ When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are prepared within 4–9 business days. As some of our products are highly personalized and need to be matched to the exact device model you provide, preparation may take a little longer. Orders that include a packing video may also require additional processing time.

📦 How long does delivery take?

After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days by air. Heavier or oversized orders may be shipped by economy sea shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 20–30 business days. The shipping method and estimated delivery time shown at checkout will apply.

🎥 When will my packing video be posted?

If you purchased a packing video, it will usually be posted within 12 days after your order is placed. Video orders require extra preparation time, as each scoop is carefully matched, packed, and filmed.

💡 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package through the tracking link in your email or visit our Order Tracking page.

😵 Why does my order show as payment failed?

Payment may fail due to PayPal verification, card restrictions, billing address mismatch, or browser issues.
You can try again with PayPal, another card, or a different browser. We only process successfully paid orders.

🏠 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not shipped yet, we will try our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

📮 Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Tracking may take a few days to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
International packages can also pause during customs clearance or transfer between carriers.
